On 22nd May 2025, Sanfu Ship celebrated an important moment of double happiness. At 11:18 a.m., SANFU ship signed and delivered the 4th 3500TEU dual-fuel (LNG+MGO) container ship (Hull No.: SF210304) built for German ship owner. Designed by HB HUNTE Design Company of Germany, this series of vessels has an overall length of 248.00 metres, an inter-drape length of 236.50 metres, a beam of 35.20 metres, a depth of 19.2 metres, a design draught of 11.00 metres, a maximum deadweight tonnage of 51,000 tonnes, a design speed of 19.5 knots, and has been classed by DNV.
At 13:18 on the same day, the second 12,500DWT MPV (Hull No.: SF230202) held a closing ceremony on the 1# shipyard. Representatives of ship owner, DNV and SANFU shipyard attended the ceremony. It is worth mentioning that the launching and naming ceremony of the first vessel of this series was successfully completed on May 20th, marking the milestone victory of the project.
